National statistics indicate that within the state of Arizona, 1 in 8 people and 1 in 6 children, face hunger. During fiscal year 2023, the St. Mary’s Food Bank network distributed more than 123,000,000 pounds of food. That is the equivalent of 93,000,000 meals, all made possible by the work of our Agency Partners. The result of our work is that people, who would otherwise struggle with food insecurity, have food on their table. This means that fewer seniors will have to choose between food and healthcare and fewer children will go to bed hungry.
We understand that we cannot do this work alone and appreciate all the hard work our Agency Partners accomplish throughout the year.
