Apply for Partnership

All St. Mary’s Food Bank Agency Partners are required to be either a 501(c)3 public charity, faith-based organization, educational institution, public institution, or tribal organization; providing direct services to people who are food insecure. Agency partnership is not guaranteed and is based on your organizations ability to meet eligibility requirements. Please complete our New Partner Inquiry Form to help us understand your organizational needs. This form takes less than 20 minutes to complete.

A representative from St. Mary’s Food Bank will contact you within 72 business hours of your New Partner inquiry submission. The partner approval process may take up to 45 days after initial contact, however this process may be expedited if partnership is urgent.

Once your inquiry is reviewed and ready for the next step, a SMFB Representative will reach out to complete Intake. This allows us to understand your organization, resources, services, needs, and plans to serve those in need. At this time, partnership eligibility will be determined.

Once your organization and site have been approved for partnership, an SMFB representative will schedule an Initial Site Evaluation. During this time, we will confirm that your distribution space, including storage, meets all criteria.

Once the above steps are completed, SMFB will schedule either in person or virtual training; covering compliance, distribution, product delivery/pick up, reporting and resources.
