Making Space: Recruiting BIPOC and Multilingual Volunteers

A common goal amongst PAs and RFBs is to ensure that the volunteer staff reflects the diversity of our communities. In this interactive workshop, we will figure out why we want to recruit and retain BIPOC and/or multilingual people, figure out what aspects of organizational culture may need to shift, and develop a plan for volunteer recruitment and retention.
