0-49 HH = (2-4)
50-99 HH = (5-6)
100-149 HH = (7-10)
150-199 HH = (11-12)
200-249 HH = (13-14)
250-299 HH = (15-16)
300-349 HH = (17-18)
350-399 HH = (19-20)
400+HH = (21-22)
