Agency Services Programs
St. Mary’s Food Bank Programs help to build community relationships and alleviate hunger across Arizona. We currently collaborate with food pantries, congregate meal sites, residential facilities, and other neighborhood groups to provide free, healthy meals to families in need. We supply our Agency Partners with no-cost food such as fresh vegetables, fruits, protein, canned goods, bread, and more.
Feeding Families in Arizona
Programs at St. Mary’s Food Bank aim to end hunger and provide aid to families in need.

Agency Services Program Documents
Our Agency Partners are invited to participate in one or more of the following programs at St. Mary’s Food Bank. Please click on each program to learn more or find programming forms and documentation.
SNAP Assistance
Formerly known as the Food Stamp Program, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides eligible households with monthly benefits they can use to purchase nutritious foods. St. Mary’s Food Bank is a Community Partner Assistor Organization that assists individuals with their SNAP and AHCCCS applications. We are happy to assist our Agency Partners with application assistance or mobile services. If an Agency is a current SNAP Assistor, they may track and report SNAP Assistance in Link2Feed.
If you would like to partner with us to offer application services to your community, please contact Keicha Copeland at [email protected].
Reoccurring Trainings for Agency Partners
St. Mary’s Food Bank Agency Partners are responsible for updating their agreements every fiscal year, including the SMFB Partner Organization Letter of Agreement and the Annual USDA Commodity Food Service Application and Agreement, if your agency participates in any USDA programming. In addition, all Volunteer Confidentiality, Civil Rights Training, and Food Handlers Certifications (if applicable) should be renewed each year by any two agency representatives at your organization. All distribution staff/volunteers should be trained on this content throughout the year and documented appropriately. Should these documents expire, or an agency representative is no longer involved in the distributions, it is your organization’s responsibility to renew your agreements and retrain. If you are involved in Child Nutrition programming, your representative will contact you every year with renewals.
